Here are pre-recorded yoga classes I created for athletes while on hiatus from spring training. I’ve posted them for anyone looking to add mobility work to their daily training regimen. These are athlete-safe dynamic movements that focus on rotational movements to support the spine in rotational actions such as pitching, hitting, throwing, shooting, swinging, etc. We also work on dynamic movements for lumbar stability and poses to support the hips and low back, too.
