WORK 1-ON-1 WITH TRACY
Everything we do is based off an assessment. It’s imperative to assess how each body moves before we get started, so we’ll do a full biomechanical movement analysis to ensure safety, efficiency, + effectiveness.
Post-assessment, Tracy will create an expertly tailored session, program, or video series specific to your needs and goals. Individual programming is about setting you up for success right from the get-go.
Time to get moving! Sessions are focused on movement that systematically overrides the patterns of compensation and poor habits with purposeful movements and drills.
With a current movement package, you will have access to the full mobility library of videos while you’re training with Tracy to complement in-person sessions.

FRC is an advanced system of mobility and joint control training, which unlike many current systems, is based in scientific principles and research, to maximize movement potential safely, efficiently and effectively while also improving neurological function.
RECOVERY DAY SESSION
Application of controlled articular rotations for frequent low-level isometric input to reinforce tissue directionality, support and protect joint mobility while nurturing the body through restorative functional yoga movement patterns, passive eccentric stretching + breathwork to activate PSNS for repair and recovery of tissue, and energetic/mental balancing.
ATHLETE-SPECIFIC POWER SESSION
Greater-intensity, sweat-inducing, strength-building physical therapy based functional yoga flow session focusing on core, balance, and the specific needs of each individual.
Implements strength-building classical Pilates to enhance the body’s ability to increase proximal strength and stability through dynamic tension and precise movements to heighten body awareness while achieving more efficient distal mobility. Strong focus on deep core work through controlled movements.
RECOVERY DAY SESSION
Integrating visualization techniques based in Neuro Lingustic Programming, Hypnosis, and breathwork with Amplified Mental Performance founder, Chris Hayes.
