Tracy’s mobility philosophy is quite unique and she is the only movement professional in the industry to integrate the following multi-faceted approaches to mobility and mindset conditioning.
Tracy’s synergistic approach to movement incorporates the foundations of Physical Therapy-based functional yoga (LYT), Pilates, Functional Range Conditioning, Kinstretch, PRI teachings, + nearly 15 years of experience working with professional athletes in functional movement + balance.
Her approach to success through mindset conditioning is built upon an advanced certification in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive + Neuroscience studies at Northwestern University, a Level 2 Reiki certification, experience in Tapping (EFT) and breathwork + meditation integration based on Vipassana Meditation
Tracy is also the only MLB Mobility Coach in the industry who married a professional baseball player, so she has a deep understanding and respect for the demands and ins-and-outs of the baseball life.
“Tracy’s approach to mobility for athletes has had a profoundly positive effect on our players. Her experience in working with the best of the best shows in her professionalism, impressive knowledge of movement biomechanics, and her keen ability to detect imbalances within a player. As a team, we’ve learned so much from Tracy and all she’s done for us in the many months of private sessions we’ve worked been working with her.”
Tracy Hayes worked with our hockey team this past season and her impact was fantastic. She worked on breathing, mindfulness, strength and flexibility with our athletes and we were better as a team for her contributions. She understood the rigors of our schedule and tailored each session with the immediate needs of our players in mind. I highly recommend Tracy to any athlete or team looking to gain an edge on their opposition.
“In just a short amount of time we’ve GRATEFULLY found an amazing yoga instructor who not only provides traditional yoga movements, but also dynamic and baseball-specific movements that benefit my husband. After class we not only feel mobile and accomplished but we also feel inspired, empowered, and motivated to take on whatever else will be thrown our way.”
“Tracy is super dynamic and we can’t get enough! With yoga, you really have to find the right teacher and we really love Tracy’s energy and her classes!”
I took Tracy’s class during Spring Training with the Royals and I definitely felt a huge difference in my flexibility, which helped me significantly on the field. I attribute not getting hurt to adding in yoga a couple of times a week that season because I felt like I was a lot less sore after my outings and I felt like recovered more quickly.
