With a very unique background in yoga, core stability, balance training, Pilates, meditation, NLP, Tapping, and Reiki, combined with the experience of working with Professional Athletes (and being married to one) Tracy has a unique approach and skill-set to give you the tools to open your body and mind to maximize your talents on the field.

Tracy Hayes has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years, logging over 2,000 hours teaching yoga and also has an extensive background in Pilates, Functional Training + Mindfulness.

Tracy’s work with professional athletes spans nearly 15 years teaching yoga to MLB teams and hundreds of MLB and minor league players in private and group settings during Spring Training, in-season, and off-season. Tracy also teaches yoga to D1 + pro hockey teams.

Amplified also consults select organizations on a referral-only basis. We work with top-level executives who are interested in promoting greater employee satisfaction within their company by implementing on-site wellness programs. We help small businesses and corporations create thriving wellness initiatives which promotes healthier, happier employees; improving productivity and ultimately, the bottom line.

Tracy is super dynamic and has a great way to explain how to position your body correctly. We love how there’s constant movement and we’re never stuck in a pose for too long. We’ve been following her virtual classes on a daily basis and can’t get enough!! She’s very engaging, she listens to what people need to work on and she adjusts her classes accordingly. We absolutely love her energy and she motivates us to implement yoga into our daily regimen, especially within the context of baseball! I took Tracy’s class during Spring Training with the Royals and I definitely felt a huge difference in my flexibility, which helped me significantly on the field. I attribute not getting hurt to adding in yoga a couple times a week that season because I felt like I was a lot less sore after my outings and I felt like I recovered more quickly.

Tracy is hilarious. It takes a certain type of person to deal with athletes, especially as a female, I hate to admit. She did a great job teaching so many of us new guys while we complained and grunted through the movements and she made all of us feel comfortable right off the bat. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the body and how to make poses more effective even though most of us could barely touch our toes beforehand. I feel stronger, more flexible and will for sure use these stretches throughout the rest of season.

Tracy’s classes have been awesome. I had never done yoga before so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it’s been better than what I would have anticipated. She walks you through each pose with really helpful tips along the way and I feel so much better after practicing with her these last few months. Much more flexible, I feel way less stressed and overall highly recommend you do yoga with Tracy!!

Every time we had yoga on the schedule in spring training I would look forward to it. Every class seemed to be perfect for what I needed at that given point. Tracy does a phenomenal job catering to guys of all levels of yoga ability. We had guys who have never touched a yoga mat and guys who were such regulars, they brought their own mat to class. And she magically made the class challenging and perfect for all 60 guys.
